Basketball rims help attract youth

Basketball rims from the StoreHouse were used at YouthBuild’s last community event. The basketball rims help attract youth to the center. We have spent several hours building positive relationships based around basketball.

The Grand Rapids Center for Community Transformation along with YouthBuild is located in the Madison Square neighborhood. GRCCT partners exist with a single mission, to create opportunities for transformation, addressing the lack of accessible employment for young adults and community residents and a lack of structured and consistent approaches to providing inter-agency and cross sectoral opportunities for the community in a sustainable way. YouthBuild is designed to help teens and young adults ages 18 to 24 take the next step toward their own success.
