Appreciation baskets for Childcare Providers

National Childcare Provider Appreciation Day was Friday, May 7th.

Bethany helps support refugee-owned childcare businesses which provides in-home opportunities for other refugee parents to send their children while they go to work. It’s grown to nearly 20 licensed homes in the Grand Rapids area!

We celebrated this day by sharing our gratitude with our providers delivering them individual appreciation baskets. The baskets were filled with all kinds of goodies we got from the Storehouse. Purses/wallets, wall hangings, floral arrangements, home décor, personal hygiene products, coolers, blankets and so much more! In addition to these gift baskets, we included a stuffed bear and new scholastic books we picked up at the storehouse to use in their childcare.

We are so very thankful for the opportunity to be able to do this for them, but only possible with our Storehouse shopping connection.
