The Application Process

Review membership levels and criteria to identify which is the best fit. 

2.

Gather documents and needed and submit application here.

3.

Our staff will review your application & contact you to schedule a meeting.

4.

After your in-person meeting and tour, we’ll sign an agreement and collect any payments necessary.

 
 

What’s Needed to Apply:

  • Copy of your 501(c)3 and tax identification number

  • Summary of how you “pay it forward”

  • Know how many adults and children you serve annually

  • List of 5 authorized shoppers

  • Identify main representative and contact information
