After your in-person meeting and tour, we’ll sign an agreement and collect any payments necessary.
What’s Needed to Apply:
Copy of your 501(c)3 and tax identification number
Summary of how you “pay it forward”
Know how many adults and children you serve annually
List of 5 authorized shoppers
Identify main representative and contact information
